However, if your order includes any of the following:

• An item damaged during transit

• A missing product

To process your replacement:

• Share your order number along with a clear, uncut unboxing video

• The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened

• If the product is defective, this video proof is mandatory

• Once verified, we will first arrange a pickup of the damaged or defective item

• The replacement will be initiated within 3–4 working days after pickup

🚚 Shipping charges are non-refundable
